Meet Becky
Hi!
I am a compassionate counsellor with over 10 years of experience in mental health and social services. I provide both counselling and psychoeducational assessments, bringing warmth, curiosity, and a trauma-informed approach to my work with children, adolescents, and adults.
My clinical approach is rooted in person-centred care and a strength-based perspective, with a strong focus on building trust, creating safety, and honouring each client’s story. I work collaboratively to explore meaning and support clients in reconnecting with their values, strengths, and sense of possibility. I believe deeply in the healing power of safe relationships, authenticity, and hope.
I have supported individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, learning and developmental disabilities, identity exploration, grief, and emotional regulation, across school-based and community settings. Through both counselling and assessment, I aim to help clients better understand their unique strengths, patterns, and needs, and to build on them using responsive, evidence-based, and ethical practices. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and learning.
Outside the counselling room, I enjoy climbing, practicing yoga, reading, watching a good show, and enjoying food with friends and family.
